Wife's Vioxx death drives local man to lobby against tort reform
A local man who recently lost his wife is in Washington to meet with lawmakers. Monty Huggins' 39 year old wife, Janet, died suddenly of a heart attack in September of 2004.
He blames it on the prescription arthritis drug, Vioxx, which she had been taking for one month before she died.
