Truck ice can cause serious injury

Clean those snowy cars IT'S OUTRAGEOUS that people don't remove snow from their vehicles TOTALLY, the most critical spot being the top and hood of the car. The person in back of this snow-covered car is a target for an accident. Have you ever been behind a vehicle like this, especially on the Schuylkill? It's all over the city. Trucks are worse. NBC 10 did a story about a women who died due to a slab of ice that slid off the top of a truck. Tickets should be given. Some people remove just enough snow to see out of the front windshield. How about the rest of the car? I think it's lazy. My question is, how many accidents happened due to lazy and inconsiderate people?
