Teen killed in North Philadelphia crash, police say

Police said John Goodwin, 19, of Feltonville, was the passenger in a car involved in a crash with a flatbed tow truck driven by Fernando Labra, 42. Police said both vehicles were driving east on Hunting Park when the tow truck attempted to make a U-turn and was hit by the car. Phila Inq.
