Overturned Semi Shuts Down I-76

(CBS 3) PHILADELPHIA An overturned tractor trailer led to a rush our mess on the Schuylkill Expressway Wednesday afternoon.
Officials say a semi-truck carrying paint overturned on eastbound I-76 near the Gulph Mills exit. A mixture of paint and diesel fuel flooded the roadway leading officials to shut down traffic.
Authorities believe the accident occurred due to a combination of speed and an unsecured load.
The driver was taken to Montgomery County hospital for minor injuries.
Traffic is still gridlocked at this time, but officials hope to have the mess cleared within the next few hours.
