Has a Lipo-6 Black Death Occurred?

The warning on the Lipo-6 Black label is serious.

Lipo-6 Black Death Lawsuit Information

Among other things, the warning informs patients that they should not use Lipo-6 Black for longer than 8 weeks and to immediately stop use if they experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache, or shortness of breath.

Recently, a federal class action lawsuit was filed that alleged that Lipo-6 Black products contain dangerous levels of DMAA. Plaintiffs allege that the manufacturer of Lipo-6 Black knows of the risks associated with the dietary supplement and continues to market and sell the supplement anyway.

It is currently unknown whether a Lipo-6 Black death has occurred. However, given the possible complications from DMAA such a fatality may be possible and those who use the supplement, or are thinking about using the supplement, should be aware of the dangers.
