Boston Scientific Nears Settlement of Coronary-Stent Probe
NATICK, Mass. -- Boston Scientific Corp. (BSX) is in negotiations with the Justice Department to pay about $70 million to settle an ongoing investigation into the 1998 recall of a defective coronary stent system, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal.
