Seatbelt Failure
April 4, 2008 14:30
It is not enough for a car manufacturer to provide seatbelts with a vehicle. After all, the manufacturers are compelled to provide seatbelts by law. Thankfully, there are liability laws on the books which provide recourse in the situation one suffers an injury as a result of seatbelt failure.
