Child support in California -
The mission of the California Child Support Program is to promote the well-being of children and the self-sufficiency of families by delivering first-rate child support establishment, collection, and distribution services that help both parents meet the financial, medical, and emotional needs of their children.

Child support in Delaware -
This site contains information about the purpose of Delaware child support, how and where to apply for Delaware child support services, the types of services offered, and general information about the child support enforcement process. The process includes establishing and enforcing orders to help parents better understand how the Division can help them obtain child support payments. The site includes frequently asked questions and a glossary of terms. It provides access to frequently used forms and an application for support service in Delaware that can be downloaded to your PC. The site also has links to related government agencies including the Delaware Family Court.

Child support in Florida -
Florida's Child Support Enforcement Program helps children get the child support that they are entitled to receive. The Florida Child Support Enforcement (CSE) Program is charged with the responsibility of helping assure that children in Florida are supported by both parents.

Child support in Georgia - Georgia's office of child support enforcement seeks to enhance the well-being of children by assuring that assistance in obtaining support, including financial and medical, is available to children through locating parents, establishing paternity, establishing support obligations, and monitoring, enforcing and reviewing support obligations.

Child support in Illinois -
The Illinois Department is fully committed to the use of all available enforcement tools to collect unpaid child support. Once they establish that accounts meet the minimum criteria and once all due-process requirements have been satisfied, special enforcement staff work hard to bring in the dollars owed to families and even share their "success stories" with co-workers every week, to encourage each other in the pursuit of collection of even the most difficult accounts.

Maryland's Child Support Enforcement Program enables, encourages, and enforces parental responsibility through innovative programs, partnerships, and technology, thereby contributing to child and family well-being.

Child support in Massachusetts -
The Massachusetts Child Support Enforcement Division (CSE) assists parents in establishing paternity and child support orders, collecting child support, and asking courts to adjust child support orders when circumstances change. Any parent or guardian of a child under 18 years old can ask the Massachusetts CSE for help. If you receive public assistance, you can also talk to your caseworker at the Department of Transitional Assistance; however, you do not have to be on public assistance for CSE to help you.
