What does the FDA need to do to prevent PROBLEMS like the ones seen with BIOMEDICAL TISSUE SERVCICES?

FDA recommended that the recipients of Biomedical Tissue Services (BTS) bone be notified by their doctors/hospital. As a result hospitals in NJ, with 100s of recipients of Medtronic in Minnesota body parts (including 13,000 pieces from Regeneration Technologies) were implanted in 8000 people, from BTS. These patients must be notified of the problems with the tissues received from BTS.
