Discovery to mover forward in lawsuits against Biomedical Tissue Services in New Jersey Federal Court!

The defendants in the New Jersey case recently filed a Motion to Stay All Proceedings pending the MDL transfer. A hearing was held on that Motion last week, which Larry Cohan, Esq. argued, and the Motion was denied. The Judge permitted us to conduct limited discovery, and afforded us the opportunity to ask for additional discovery in writing.
