Another patient sues over cadaver tissue

Bloomington Hospital is facing its third lawsuit filed by a patient upset by the possibility they received tainted tissue from human cadavers during surgery.

A lawsuit was filed last week in Monroe Circuit Court by a woman identified in court documents as Jane Doe III. She alleges she has suffered emotional distress because the tissue she received may have put her at risk for HIV, hepatitis B or C or syphilis.
