West Virginia - David Ramella and Jami Frazier say in separate lawsuits filed in U.S. District Court. The suits name Regeneration Technologies, Inc.; Spinalgraft technologies, LLC; Medtronic, Inc.; Medtronic Sofamor Danek, Inc.; Medtronic Sofamor Danek, U.S.A., Inc.; Tutogen Medical, Inc.; Lifecell Corporation; Lost Mountain Tissue bank; and the Blood and Tissue Center of Central Texas as defendants.

Bloomington Hospital is facing its third lawsuit filed by a patient upset by the possibility they received tainted tissue from human cadavers during surgery.

A lawsuit was filed last week in Monroe Circuit Court by a woman identified in court documents as Jane Doe III. She alleges she has suffered emotional distress because the tissue she received may have put her at risk for HIV, hepatitis B or C or syphilis.
