I am Michael Monheit, the managing attorney
for Monheit Law, located near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I have practiced
law since 1989. I was also the managing attorney of the Law Offices of
Herbert Monheit (now Silverman & Fodera), a firm founded by
Herbert Monheit in 1963. I am also the managing attorney in charge of all Internet business
development for the firm of
Anapol Schwartz Weiss Cohan Feldman & Smalley.
Monheit Law, P.C. concentrates its practice in the field of
plaintiff personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis.
During my legal career my
firms have successfully prosecuted thousands of cases and, at present, I am
focusing my practice on complex cases involving defective health care
and pharmaceutical products. I have developed a national reputation,
including involvement in latex allergy litigation as a member of the
Plaintiff's Steering and Executive Committee in MDL 1148.
I was also lead counsel in
class actions involving childhood lead paint poisoning against public
housing authorities (including The Philadelphia Housing Authority) and
claims against the lead paint industry.
