The process includes establishing and enforcing orders to help parents better understand how the Division can help them obtain child support payments. Child support in Massachusetts - http://www.cse.state.ma.us/ The Massachusetts Child Support Enforcement Division (CSE) assists parents in establishing paternity and child support orders, collecting child support, and asking courts to adjust child support orders when circumstances change. Any parent or guardian of a child under 18 years old can ask the Massachusetts CSE for help. If you receive public assistance, you can also talk to your caseworker at the Department of Transitional Assistance; however, you do not have to be on public assistance for CSE to help you.
